Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags, accessories, and a copy of your packing slip are included inside the box.

Label and Ship

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
